Coming in 2027

My Class Manager is becoming My Studio Manager

In 2027, My Class Manager will become My Studio Manager. It’s a new name — not a new platform.

Over the past few years, My Class Manager has been a module inside My Studio Manager, the system our studios run on GoHighLevel (GHL).

It has since grown into software that is ready to stand on its own. Today, studios use it to manage:

  • Enrolments
  • Families
  • Payments
  • Teachers
  • Communications
  • Reporting
  • Trials
  • Private lessons
  • Workshops
  • Rooms
  • Portals
  • Automations
  • And much more

Rather than launch it under a name that competes with another product already in the marketplace, we are giving it the name that matches our original vision.

The new name

My Studio Manager

Your studio. Your families. Your classes. Your payments. Your team. All in one place.

Existing customers

What does this mean for existing customers?

Very little. My Studio Manager is still your system, with all the same access you have today.

We have two kinds of My Studio Manager customers. Here is what the change means for each.

My Studio Manager (GHL)

Nothing changes for you

My Studio Manager is still your system. You keep the same account, the same logins and the same access to everything you use today.

  • No new system to learn
  • No data to move
  • Nothing you need to do
My Studio Manager (Standalone)

Formerly My Class Manager

The platform you already use takes on the My Studio Manager name. Your account, students, families, classes, payments and settings stay where they are.

  • No new system to move to
  • No data to migrate
  • Nothing you need to do

Same name. Two experiences.

Both are My Studio Manager. In the future, the GHL version and the Standalone version will look and work a little differently from each other. Whichever one you are on, it stays your system and your data stays put.

Same software.
Same team.
Same support.
A better name.

The reason

Why are we changing the name?

My Class Manager started life as a module inside My Studio Manager. Managing classes was at the heart of it, and it still is.

Now it is ready to stand on its own. Rather than compete with a name that is already in the marketplace, we have decided My Studio Manager is the right name for the software. It is the name that matches what we set out to build in the first place.

It also gives us room to grow without trying to fit everything we build under the word “class”, and it simplifies our product family.

The product family

Our software family in 2027

Core platform

My Studio Manager

Our core studio management platform.

Performances

My Concert Manager

Tools for managing concerts, performances and productions.

Costumes

My Costume Manager

Costume inventory, sizing, assignments and management.

Each product has a clear job, while remaining part of the same My Studio Manager family.

The transition

What happens to My Class Manager?

The My Class Manager name will gradually be retired during 2027.

For a transition period, you may see:

My Studio Manager — formerly My Class Manager

This will help customers, staff and studios recognise that it is the same platform they already know.

There is nothing you need to do.

Why now

Why tell you now?

We believe changes like this should be clear rather than surprising.

We are continuing to invest heavily in the platform throughout 2026 and 2027, and we want customers joining My Class Manager today to know exactly where the product is heading.

You are not joining a product that is being discontinued.

You are joining the platform that is becoming My Studio Manager.

Built for studios. Built in Australia.

Our goal hasn’t changed.

We want to build studio management software that is powerful enough to run a growing studio without becoming unnecessarily complicated or unnecessarily expensive.

The name is changing.
The mission isn’t.
