Kiosk check-in · included with My Class Manager

Tap your face.
The roll marks itself.

Every student due in the next hour is already on the screen, photo and first name. A child taps their own face, confirms, and they're marked present in every class they have tonight. Reception sees it happen, live.

Five seconds at the door

Tap your photo. Confirm. Done.

1

Your photo is already there

The kiosk shows everyone due in the next hour as a grid of faces, refreshed every minute. A five-year-old can find themselves. Anyone not on the grid types two letters of their name.

2

Confirm it's you

A quick 'Check in? Please confirm this is you' with the photo big, and tonight's classes ticked underneath. Untick one they're skipping. Not me? Back to the grid.

3

Big green screen, then reset

'You're checked in, Mia! Have a great class.' Attendance is written to every roll at once, the teacher never touches it, and the kiosk clears itself for the next child.

Who's Here · live

Reception sees the whole building.

Every check-in lands on the Who's Here board at the desk: who's in, who's expected and hasn't arrived, who a parent has already reported absent. Student photos beside every name, trial students highlighted so someone actually says hello.

A class appears an hour before it starts and drops off half an hour after it ends, so a 6pm class isn't cluttering the board all morning. Outside class hours it just says so.

The details a studio notices

Built by someone who's stood at that desk.

Teachers check in too

A Staff Check-In tile lists everyone due to teach tonight. One tap, no PIN. It clears the 'student arrived before their teacher' alert for their classes.

Sibling night, one tap each

Three kids, five classes between them, one family at the kiosk. Each child's tile shows everything they've got on. Nobody re-types a surname.

Room confirmation, if you want it

Optionally, a kiosk check-in means 'in the building' and the teacher confirms 'in the room' on the roll. Who's Here then shows waiting versus in room.

Your timezone, not the tablet's

A Perth kiosk still shows Monday's teachers at 10pm Monday. It works out 'today' from the studio's clock, not whatever the iPad thinks.

Shared receptions

Two locations, one front desk? Tick Shared Locations and one kiosk lists students from both. Each location keeps its own code and theme.

Walk-ins, on the spot

A sibling tags along and wants to try? The teacher adds them from the roll as a walk-in. Admin converts it to a trial or enrolment later, or dismisses it.

And on the wall

The foyer TV runs itself too.

Point any TV at a URL and it rotates through tonight's timetable with rooms and teachers, this week's birthdays, scheduled notices, your promo videos and the concert countdown. Each location gets its own screen and its own notices.

Kiosk at the door for families, Who's Here at the desk for staff, TV on the wall for everyone waiting. Three screens, one timetable, nothing printed.

Put the clipboard away for good.

Kiosk, Who's Here and the TV display come with My Class Manager. Any tablet you already own will do.
