Website chat, enquiry forms and SMS land in one list, with the family's students, classes and balance sitting right beside the conversation. Nothing waiting on you that you can't see from the menu.

The problem it removes
Right now the studio's conversations live in your mobile, the studio email, a Facebook page and someone's Messenger. None of it is on the family's record, and none of it is visible to the teacher at the desk.
The chat widget on your site. A parent asks a question at 9pm and gets an answer, and the whole exchange is already on their record when they enrol.
Every website enquiry becomes a conversation, not an email in a shared inbox nobody owns. If they didn't name a venue, it says so rather than guessing.
Texts to the studio number, threaded with everything else. The reply box counts characters and tells you where the message is going before you send it.
It counts Needs you: every family waiting on a reply, plus anything the Concierge stopped and asked a person about. A reply the Concierge handled on its own clears it. A draft you haven't approved doesn't, because the family hasn't heard anything yet.
If the count can't be loaded it shows nothing rather than a zero. The Inbox never tells you you're caught up when it doesn't know.
Beside every conversation
Their students and classes
Mia in Ballet Grade 2 and Jazz Juniors, Leo in Hip Hop Minis. You know who you're talking to before you read the message.
What the account owes
In red when they owe. The balance question answers itself.
Lead stage
Enquiry, trial booked, or enrolled. So a first-time question and a long-standing family don't get the same reply.

With Studio Concierge
The Inbox is the conversations. Studio Concierge is the AI that answers in them. When it isn't sure, it stops, tells you why in plain English, and leaves a draft in the thread with Approve & send, Edit and Reject on it.
Editing cancels the earlier approval, so what you approve is always exactly what goes out. And every answer carries a short note on why it said what it said, and which classes or knowledge it used.
Concierge is part of the full bundle →Built for how a studio actually works
Four saved replies
Trial details, thanks and checking, what to wear, account balance. A starting point you edit, never a policy that quotes a price for you.
Send & mark done
One click when the reply finishes the conversation. Reopen it any time if it doesn't.
Follow up later
No snooze button to forget about. It goes on the Concierge follow-ups list with a draft ready.
Take over
One tap and the Concierge goes quiet on that conversation. Hand it back when you're done.
Staff access, by venue
Reception can work the Inbox too. Limit them to their venues and the red number counts only those.
Tick several, act once
Assign a batch to yourself or mark them done together. If any one fails, you're told how many.
The Inbox comes with My Class Manager. Fourteen days, no card, and a real person to talk to.
